Pastor Frazier

Pastor Sam Michael Frazier was born on June 5, 1963 to James (deceased) and Anna Bell Frazier in Eadytown, South Carolina.  He's the youngest of nine children.  Sam graduated from Cross High School in 1980.  In that same year, Sam enlisted into the United States Army and began his military career at Fort Sill Oklahoma.  Sam's military travels took him Bad Kissigen, Germany , in 1982, where he received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior under the leadership of Pastor Joseph Askew of the New Jerusalem Church of God In Christ .  In 1983, Sam returned to the United States to be stationed at Fort Campbell Kentucky.  While in Kentucky, he found New Jerusalem Church of God In Christ under the direction of Pastor Robert L. Cook.  He sung in the Choir and actively participated in the construction of a new church building. 

Sam was later transferred to Fort Knox, Kentucky where he attended the 7th Avenue Gospel Service, on Fort Knox under the tutelage of Pastor James Johnson, in which who is the pastor of the New Church of the Living God in Junction City Kansas.   In November of 1985, he accepted his calling into the ministry.  During that same year, his military travels took him to Nuernburg Germany, where he met Missionary Diahann Kelly.  They were married in Ansbach Germany on June 29th, 1988.  Sam later received orders to attend Drill Sergeants School, to become a Drill Instructor at Fort Dix, New Jersey.  During his time in New Jersey, he served under the leadership of Pastor George Miller, at Miller's Temple Church of God In Christ.  He served faithfully under the leadership of Pastor Miller for approximately three years before he received military instructions to return to Germany.  While serving his third tour of duty in Germany, Minister Frazier became a member of the Babenhausen Gospel Service under the leadership of Pastor Larry Herron.  While there, Minister Frazier served alongside his wife as the teacher of the New Covenants Class.  He also served as a Sunday School Teacher and the Transportation Coordinator for that ministry.  Minister Frazier was ordained as an Elder, in 1992, by Bishop James Everett, Jr. under Deliverance Jesus is coming reformation.  During his tour of duty in Babenhausen, Elder Frazier became the Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of the 41st Brigade Chaplin.  He received instructions to return to Kentucky and served under Superintendent John Johnson, 2nd Administrative Assistant to Bishop A.T. Moore and pastor of Hope Temple Church of God In Christ.  Elder Frazier worked very close to his pastor and served as a Sunday School Teacher, Youth Minister for teenaged boys, and as a Pastor's Aide.  Elder Frazier received instructions to report to Fort Riley Kansas in 1997 where he retired after twenty years of active military service.  Elder Frazier and family became members of Fellowship Temple Church of God In Christ under the leadership of Dr. James B. Boyer.  While serving at Fellowship Temple, he was a Sunday School Teacher, sung in the choir, played the drums, and was appointed as the C.H. Mason District Evangalist.  Elder Frazier was appointed Pastor of Greater St. Paul Church of God In Christ in Topeka Kansas in 2009 by the Kansas East Jurisdictional Prelate, Bishop L. F. Thuston.  Pastor Frazier later changed the name to River of Life Family Worship Center, Church of God In Christ.
